The town of Cranbrook has always embraced tradition and culture with its popular annual Art Show, ‘Apple Fayre’, ‘Nuts in May’ street festival and music festival ‘Cranfest’. Cranbrook Literature Festival celebrates the written word and the town's rich literary heritage with its creative and exciting literature festival.
Cranbrook Literature Festival is a community, not-for-profit event enabling the organisers to provide authors to work with pupils in local schools free of charge.

Festival Information

All events take place in and around the town of Cranbrook​. Our town has numerous coffee shops, a hotel, restaurants, micro pub, take away outlets and free parking and there are plenty of pubs and restaurants within a five mile radius of the town.

There will be a bookshop in the Vestry Hall for the duration of our festival.
